"Dear Kay, I would just like to say how chuffed I am after attending a group social walk today.

I didn't know what to expect and Luka was petrified when we arrived .. But with your guidance and the support of the other walkers (especially Lenny the collie X ) I, but more importantly Luka thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a delight to see him change from a trembling dog with his tail between his legs ignoring any glance from another dog, to a dog running and playing with them!

The Humans were a good crowd too! Husband will def have to come next time coz I heard the men talk about football so as an avid Chelsea supporter I’m sure they would have a thing or two to talk about !! But the thing that sticks in my mind most, is Francesca coz I had read her testimonial on your website this morning (I’m always dubious about testimonials!), but it was so nice to hear her relay her story when I asked her about Sophie.

Kay, once again thank you.. I’m certainly coming back and I could kick myself for not attending sooner .."

"Just wanted to say again how much I gained from the Puppy Classes over the last six weeks. As I said on Tuesday, Ollie had not had any training before we took him on and Roger and I have both worked very hard to get him up to speed.

We are both looking forward to October 7th when we can do the Beginners class. In the meantime we will be working very hard continuing the training that we have learnt at the Puppy Class.

Thanks once again, you are so good and I have learnt so much. So looking forward to October."

"I recently consulted Kay for a 1:1 session to help my dog and myself regain confidence around other dogs. From the very start Kay's confident and positive attitude, and correct diagnosis of the reason, put us both at ease. She gave me some ground rules and plenty of advice on how to deal with various situations and, immediately, the behavioural problems started to ease. Now, a month or two on, I can take my dog out with confidence and we can enjoy our time together again. She has been available with encouragement and help whenever needed, and we both think she is wonderful. "

"Hi Kay, just wanted to say thank you to you and the other trainers for all your support and help with Cesar. It’s a huge relief to understand what makes him tick and now I have more confidence when I am out with him.""

"Hi Kay and everyone at Kay9 .....Just to say what a wonderful time I have had over the last few weeks at the Beginners Obedience course. It's kinda become a social event for me and Lucky, so many lovely people, oh and doggies of course ! Would love to book onto the Intermediate Course next week at Hawley next week at 6.30. I have noticed a great change in Lucky over the last weeks and cannot thank you enough for your support."

"Thanks again for a super group social walk on Sunday and thanks again for all your advice (you've made such a difference to Indie). By the way, the vet said Indie has a lovely nature. It makes me feel like telling that other unkind trainer, but no doubt I would be wasting my breath!!"

"For the first time in 8 years I can now let Lenny off his lead to run free with other dogs. Lenny is unsure around other dogs and with Kay’s help; the improvement in him is amazing. Kay is cheerful and enthusiastic and she helps every one in the class. No problem is too small. We now attend heel work to music, which we both enjoy and have a laugh at the same time. Thanks Kay"

"Buenos Dias

My name is Pedro and I am a Perro de Agua Espanol or as you English say a Spanish Water Dog. When I first came over to England in February 2007 my new owners Paul and Jan were very difficult to handle. But with Kay’s skill, patience and care I managed to get them up to the Silver Level in the Kennel Club Good Citizen Assessment. When I feel I need a holiday I check in with Kay for a real chance to put my paws up. It is a real home from home and at the end of my stay I feel really refreshed and ready to take on even the fastest squirrels! I recommend Kay very highly!

Hasta luego amigos!"

"Sophie is a 5 year old rescue lab who was aggressive to other dogs. But as soon as we started training with Kay, she didn't snap at other dogs. Kay is always fun, helpful and kind and without her help Sophie would probably still be snapping at other dogs."

"Not only is Kay professional and competent with her knowledge of dog training, she is also extremely caring to the dog and owners. Kay trains both, so the owner is able to lead/control the dog safely.

Kay continues to expand her qualifications and ensures she is up to date with the latest training methods, because dogs, we believe, are like humans, in that they each respond to different teaching methods.

Thanks to Kay our rescue lab grows in confidence every day and Kay is only a phone call/email away, for even the smallest of questions."

“We have used Kay’s services as a dog walker and minder for over a year now and have been very pleased with the services she provides. It is comforting for us to know that our dog is being looked after by somebody who loves dogs so much and she always knows exactly what to do when it comes to veterinary and other things. In fact judging by the reception she gets when she picks him up, I think our dog loves her more than us!"
Mr Thompson – Sandhurst

"Ollie adores Kay and she has worked wonders teaching him not to pull on the lead and re-enforcing recall when not. Ollie loves his daily walks and even waits by the door for Kay on the weekends"
Mr Andrews - Sandhurst

"Kay's canine knowledge coupled with a friendly approach encourages you to get the very best and a bit more from your dog and yourself. Thank you"

"Kay is my dog George’s bestest friend in the whole world! He loves Kay and so do we! Thank you Kay!!"

"I have used Kay’s services for looking after my dog for quite some time. He always seems very content when I call to collect him and doesn’t even notice that I am there at first, as he’s too busy playing with her dogs! I travel with work quite a bit, so it is comforting to know that I don’t have to worry about my dog at all. When he is at Kay’s house, he is in more than capable hands!"

"Classes with Kay are informative, relevant, helpful, but above all, they are FUN. My boys (two Springer Spaniels) thrived and both passed their KCGC Gold awards because Kay helped them, but just as importantly, she helped me to gain confidence in our abilities.

When we later developed a problem with 'distance control' we had a 'One to One' where Kay showed me many different ways of tackling the issue. Many months later Kay again visited (free of charge) to make sure we were getting to grips with the problem.

I cannot stress enough what a high calibre trainer Kay is, and look forward to starting classes all over again."

"Poppy and I have learned so much with Kay in obedience classes over the past 9 months. Kay is always so passionate and enthusiastic about training the dogs and both Poppy and I really enjoy the classes. We work hard, but Kay makes it fun and gets results! Poppy is now on her way to Gold - thanks Kay!"

"Kay helped me train my Labrador Chester right through to the Kennel Club Good Citizen's Gold Award. Whilst actually learning to handle Chester correctly through training we had brilliant fun too. Kay always makes the learning a fun experience for both of us."

"Day Care - I have a lively, lovable, 2 year old Cocker Spaniel, The day care service is invaluable to me - it is wonderful to know I can leave my precious dog in such capable hands, and he is going to have a lovely interesting day so that I can have a day "off" and do something non-doggy friendly and have nothing to worry about as far as the dog is concerned. Kay is always my first choice for Day care for Oscar!"
Jane Wright – Yateley

"Kay is one of the best trainers I have used. I have had dogs for over 20yrs and used them for both obedience and showing. Kay is patient, kind but firm, she knows lots of tips and tricks to get through to even the most difficult of dogs. Kay specialises in dogs with "behaviours" and gets good results."
Mandy Smith - Farnborough

"A one hour 1-2-1 with Kay has been a life changing experience. Within 20 minutes we had Blue walking to heel on a loose lead without the aid of treats. For the past two years Blue had been walked on a halti and was uncontrolable without it. Now it's a different story, we both love our walks. Blue is a nervous dog and with Kays help he's getting more and more confidence and so am I"
